I must confess I'm a trifle skeptical about Mr. Imani's optimism with regards to regime change in Iran. While the recent election results were encouraging it is not likely that the clerics are going to give up power without a fight; and by "fight" I mean the blood in the streets, rolling heads kind of fight.
I agree that Western intervention would only strengthen the current regime's hand, but the obvious push to achieve a nuclear weapon makes the time factor an issue. We cannot hold back forever
What can we of the West do to hasten the downfall of Imams and their ventriloquist dummy?
