- Here is a letter from a Muslim reader who became irate reading my essay ‘Sex and Sexuality in Islam.’ I let the readers enjoy the vocabulary that this sender uses to defend Islam.

You sick, stupid son of a filthy, whorish bitch,
How dare you to claim that you know an atom's weight worth of anything about Islam, especially that you're an ex-Muslim, and especially more so on such a sensitive topic such as sex. I didn't waste my time reading all of your article, since it's completely biased in more ways than one. It's funny that you should even be acknowledged as an "Ex-Muslim", because how could you ever have been one in the first place? Anyway, I recently started doing research on how Islam deals with sex, and I knew I would come across unintelligent, poorly researched, astonishingly biased, and amazingly false writings, such as yours for example. You fail to realize that Bedouins do not exist any longer, and with the advent of Islam, most of them across the desert sands submitted to Allah's will freely because of the character of the Muslims that exploded from the Arabian peninsula. Before Islam, they lived a most absolutely sadistic lifestyle. Wouldn't you, being the idiot that you are, agree that burying little girls alive was, you know, a bit CRUEL? They most certainly were abusive and sexually unsatisfied, hence they were extremely oppressive to womankind and hence they were put to the rout and changed their lifestyles.
I'm not telling you this because I get a kick out of history lessons, I'm telling you this because it's dumb-ass people such as yourself that present Islam as being a cruel and tortuous faith to the rest of the ignorant, foolish world, which would gobble down gossip in an instant anyway. I mean, I look back at your essay, or whatever the hell you call it, and laugh at how disgustingly poorly it's presented. I mean, if you're trying to take a stab at Islam and Muslims in general, please cite some credible and authentic research. Moreover, you honestly do not know what it means for a woman to wear a Hijab, and please do me a favor, do not read A Thousand Splendid Suns, an amazingly, lovingly written piece of literature that depicts the lives of Muslim women, because jackasses like you will be oblivious to the main point of the novel, and you'd just exploit it as evidence in your next...essay, article, waste of a Google search query? Seriously, all games aside, you are completely dead-wrong in how you explain the concept of sex in our beautiful religion. I'm sure the Muslims that you stem from, assuming they're not all ex-Muslims, are spitting in their graves or shunning you entirely from their lives, which is not so bad a fate as you're destined to have in the hereafter.
One more thing, it's one thing to be an ignorant fool about a topic, such as this, and another entirely to not recognize the kinds of unjust governments today's Muslims are forced to live and abide by. The Quraish tribe, the Ayatollah, Taliban, it's quite sad that Westerners, and you, can fathom that these are the epitomes of Muslims, that these bearded and cloaked figureheads should represent a religion that has changed the face of mankind as we know it today, all for the better. It's foolish of me, actually, to waste my time writing this giant e-mail chastising a man doomed to die a horrible death, hopefully, because none of this is going to sink into the mush inside your cranium (I'm inferring to your brain, you jackass!). Besides, Islam gives anyone the right to say anything about anyone or anything. It's just a matter of who says intelligent things and who would lose an argument to a monkey!
Well, I had a wonderful time getting a few things off my chest, and if you would do me a favor, take a loaded pistol, place it gently next to your temple and pull the trigger.

In his letter this man claims that islam has changed the world for the better. Nothing could be further from the truth. Islam contributed little to nothing of usefulness to the world that did not exist already. In fact islam really represents the most retrogressive force on earth today. There is a story in my village. Once a friend asked the father in the family, as to who is the best of boys, according to him in his house. I grew up in the middle east. Bedouins still exist. You are wrong on this point. Those who submitted to Allah's will, the moon god, did that under the threat of the sword. Abu Bakr had to go to war with them to force them back to "the religion of peace" and for economic reasons too. It is abvious you do not know the early history of Islam. I will stop my comments here. Your email to Mr. Abul Kasem lacks any level of honesty, academic research, or desire to learn the truth. In short, its garbage.
