Islam Under Scrutiny by Ex-Muslims

Islamist Terrorists are doing what Muhammad did

After you read Dr. Ali Sina’s book “Understanding Muhammad: A Psychobiography” you will realize why Islamists are so violent and hateful towards the rest of the world, including moderate Muslims. They are inspired by the “Prophet” Muhammad and his legacy.
Sina says, “After understanding Muhammad you will come to see that the terrorists (in Iraq, Afghanistan, Algeria, Jordan, Egypt, New York, Madrid, Bali, and London) are doing exactly what their prophet did.” As a matter of fact, “Islam is the personality cult of Muhammad,” Sina adds.

In his book, Sina discusses how and why Muhammad wanted to be become a prophet; what were the psychological reasons and under what socio-cultural conditions Muhammad succeeded in his mission? To answer all these questions, Sina analyzes and discusses the childhood of Muhammad, his life, and his mindset from a psycho-socio-cultural perspective.

Six months before Muhammad was born, his father, Abdullah died, and when Muhammad was six months old, his mother Amina gave him away to Halima, a Bedouin woman. Later, this experience impacted Muhammad negatively. In his formative years, he felt unloved by his own mother and in his foster family he did not get the right love and attention he needed.

The biography of Muhammad gave Sina and other psychoanalysts numerous clues which predestined the man to become a narcissist. “Painful memories of being abandoned as a child’ made Muhammad “feel deeply hurt and seek revenge.” Says Sina. Muhammad’s relationship with his first wife was a codependent one.

Muhammad grew up lonely. He shunned other children and young comrades. He hardly played with other youngsters and hardly had fun. He had a grim face all the time rejecting laughing and music. Later, he passed on this attitude to his followers; laughing, dancing, and music are regarded un-Islamic.

Retreated in his own ego, Muhammad created his own world. In his mental isolation, he started fantasizing and talking to ghostly figures. His wife, Khadijah, who was 15 years older, concluded that these ghosts must be Allah’s Angels, looking for a prophet. This strengthened Muhammad’s determination to have Khadijah’s prophecy vindicated. Besides, as a prophet he would take revenge of his isolation and submit the rest of the world to his own will.

Hence, Sina says, “After 23 years of preaching, the core message of Muhammad remained the same. Islam’s main message is that Muhammad is a messenger and people must obey him. Beyond that, there is no other message. Failure to recognize him as such entails punishment both in this world and the next.”

According to numerous historic resources, Khadijah loved Muhammad very much. She was his first believer and follower. She was also rich, and her wealth helped him pursue his goal to become a prophet.

At the beginning, Muhammad was followed by slaves wooed by Khadijah’s alms to these slaves. Her neighbors, Abu Bakr, Othman, and Omar were also among the first followers of the new-born “religion”.

As Muhammad began his cult, there were other religions in the Arabian Peninsula. There were Jews, Christians, and idol worshipers, and all believed in religious pluralism, religious freedom and tolerance. When Muhammad seized power, Islam put an end to all that. Followers of other religions than Islam were either killed, or forced out of the region. And this is exactly what the Islamists are perusing. They reject other religions and seek the dominance of the world. “For Muslims,” Sina establishes, “all actions of Muhammad constitute law,” the most “superior” and most “divine”.

Muhammad started his mission in Medina, a town that was dominated by Jews. The Jews at the time were rich merchants, goldsmiths, artisans, and farmers. The Arabs, who originally were economic refugees who fled the flood in Yemen in 451 AD and worked as laborers for the Jews, hated the Jews.

During his lifetime, Muhammad staged 74 raids (wars) with his Arab followers against the Jews. In return, the Jews claimed that their Messiah was coming and will rescue them. When Muhammad told his people that he was the Messiah the Jews were waiting for, his adherents were strengthened in their new “faith”.

The new “faith” developed into a one person cult; Muhammad’s cult. In Surah 22, verse 39 of the Quran, Allah gave the new Messiah the green light to kill none-Muslims. The Quran is full of such atrocities. For more details, check out: http://europenews.dk/en/node/13862 Over and over again, Muhammad and the Quran, he concocted, propagated the supremacy of Islam and the rest of the world had to submit to it.

Sina cites lots of historic facts which corroborate the atrocities of the new prophet; his manipulative and brutal character. Based on what Sahih Bukhari, vol. 3, book 46, number 717, Sina writes, “Muhammad and his armed men ambushed towns and villages without warning, descended upon unarmed civilians, cowardly butchered as many of them as they could, and took as spoils of war the vanquished community’s herds and livestock, their weaponry and their entire belongings, as well as their wives and children. The raiders sometimes ransomed the women and children for money, or kept/sold them as slaves.”

That is exactly what the Islamist terrorists are doing in Iraq and Afghanistan and elsewhere.

Sina analyzes the character of Muhammad from a psychological stand point. Muhammad was a narcissist, he had a personality disorder. He was convinced that nobody loved him, not even his mother. An inferiority complex evolved into a superiority complex. Out of that he developed a narcissistic attitude towards his environment that “revolves around a pattern of grandiosity, need for admiration, and sense of entitlement,” says Sina.

Muhammad created his own imaginary world to flee his bitter reality. “In this imaginary world, he could be loved, respected, admired, powerful, important, and even feared.” Sina argues.

This is obvious in Muhammad’s claim that he was “kayru-l-khalq, (the best of creation), an excellent example” (Sura 33, verse 21). He “exalted above other prophets in degrees (Sura 2, verse 253). He also alleged to be “the preferred one” (Sura 17, verse 55), and he was sent as a “mercy to the worlds (Sura 21, verse 107). Still nowadays, in most Muslim mosques, imams begin their speeches by greeting Muhammad as “ashrafu-l-mursaleen” (the most honorable of all messengers). Ali Gum’a, the grand mufti of Egypt wrote, the followers of Muhammd drank the latter’s urine and licked his saliva for blessing.

A friend, Puneet Madaan, told me once, radical Muslims want to be a replica of Muhammad. They are also narcissists.

Sina confirms that. Muhammad “draws an imaginary circle around himself, where he is the center. He gathers his fans and followers in that circle, rewards them (with paradise plus more than 60 virgin gorgeous women) and encourages their psycophanatism. Those who fall outside the circle, are viewed as his enemies.”

All the above proves beyond any doubt that Muhammad and his religion is a cult compared to those of Jim Jones, David Koresh, Shoko Asahara, and Charles Manson. Muhammad is also in good company with Hitler, Stalin, Mussilini, Pol Pot, Idi Amin, and Saddam Hussein. They all were fanatic, totalitarian, and brutal despots.

Before 9/11 both Islam and Islamists were not taken much notice of by the West and the world at large. After the Islamist terrorists hit targets in New York, Madrid, and London, the world community woke up, became scared and intimidated, and started taking interest in Islam.

In particular Westerners, still under the effect of an unprecedented shock, are in disarray. They are profoundly scared and therefore praise everybody who dare expose the atrocities of Islam and its leader Muhammad.

Still under shock and disorientation, Western governments and mainstream media, including publishers, do not know exactly how to handle radical Islamists. They pay lip service to the root causes of radical Islam, fed by the Quran and madrassas which teach hatred and violence against followers of other faiths, massively funded by the Saudis. The world community still reacts rather than act.

Sina’s book was turned down by all mainstream publishers presumably for fear of being assaulted by radical Muslims, therefore, he self-published it. I’m doing the same with my forthcoming book “Karin in Saudi Arabia”. Bhasin’ book “Islam – a Concept of Political World Invasion by Muslims” is another case in point

Sina hopes that his analysis and historic evidence has made it clear “that Islam is nothing but a tool of domination that was invented by a psychopath and that any thought of reforming it is futile.” Sina also adds, “Let not the size of Islam intimidate you. Islam is a tall edifice built on sand of lies.”

It is ludicrous and preposterous when Saudi Arabia, which is replicating the mission of Muhammad and funding hatred and violence against other faiths, calls for interfaith dialogues. For Saudi Arabia and many Muslims “dialogue means you listen to what we tell you and then agree. If you ask tough questions to which we have no answers, we will be offended and you will be sorry.” Sina explains.

Muslims, in particular the fundamentalist among them, “love death more than we love life, ….. you may call it insanity, but to them it is faith in the afterlife.” Sina points our.

Hence, Sina concludes, “Islam must be abolished, for humanity to survive…… There is no place for Islam in the future of mankind. Islam must go, not only because it is false, but because it is violent, intolerant, and evil.”

Sina sees a glimmer of hope in the fight against Islamic cult. He writes, “There is a limit to which Muslims are willing to be fooled and beyond which they will not go. Therein lies my conviction that once the naked truth about Islam is exposed and its asininity becomes manifest, a great number of Muslims will see the light and will abandon their irrational faith.”

It is imperative here to add that the majority of Muslims worldwide have never read the Quran and other related scripts. School pupils and university students are taught Islam by fundamentalist religious establishments. They are not allowed to question the stuff they learn, regardless how atrocious and contradictory it is.

The West must demand religious freedom every where, also in the Muslim world. Anti-blasphemy laws would only allow fundamentalist Muslim carry on teaching and practicing hatred and violence. Only when Muslims fathom the true character of their “faith”, they would turn their back to it like the Germans, the Italians, and the Japanese did with fascism.

The free world must also bear its responsibility and swiftly take action. The culture of intimidation must stop. The Germans say, “fear is a bad advisor”. Islam is incorrect, politically and culturally. Therefore, sooner or later, it will be defeated like fascism was.

I strongly recommend reading Sina’s book. It is a gripping read for both specialists and ordinary readers. I am pretty sure that future generations will remember Sina as one of those few critics who had the guts to criticize a widely tolerated evil.
