Sex and sexuality in Pakistan

- Writing something about the society of Pakistan, I categorized the Pakistani people into:
Elite class
This class includes government machinery, industrialists, Ministers and armed personals.
These guys haven’t any thing to do with Islam. They usually eat drink and remain happy.
There is no different between this class and westerners socially. Because they live in Pakistan but adopt customs of the West. So all the so-called "evils" that are common in West are also found in this class.
Mediocre class
This class includes most religious concerning people because they always have the need of God to remove their problems and for improving their life standard. About 2% of people, who say Islamic prayers, fall in this category.
Poor class
This class includes people who don’t know about Islam and Mohammed. Their day starts in quest of filling their bellies and ends with searching sleeping place. Mostly, students of Islamic Madrassa belong to this category. Most of the Taliban, prior to indoctrination, were among them. They are illiterate and can not even recite Islamic prayer.

I noticed that Muslims living in infidel countries, enjoying equal rights and facilities, view Islam differently than those living in Islamic countries. This is because, they think Islam has something that changes the society and life of people. But sadly, Islam destroys family system, allows polygamy and support dictatorship.
Many Muslims in the West think that wine, gays, pre martial sex, abortion, porn and lesbians don’t exist in Islamic countries. But in reality, I will say these things are probably as common in Pakistan. I haven’t seen the West yet, but know well about Pakistan. I toured a lot and having friends of different provinces I know a lot about this.
Wine:
It is very common and easily accessible. I can have a bottle while writing this article just pressing some numbers on my cell phone. For the elite class, wine is like mineral water supplied to their homes. About all the hotels have special supply of champagne. For the middle class, being drunk seems "sin" and people use it usually during celebrations and festivals. As shown in Indian films, it is common in parties. Wine of every type is available in Pakistan. Even villagers produce their indigenous wine to suffice the need of local people.
Premarital sex:
Quest of fulfilling sexual desires starts quickly after the age of puberty reaches.
I think it is natural because same behavior is found in animals. But I am not here to write whether pre martial sex is good or bad. I will only describe how it exists in Pakistan. Due to honor killings, girls normally have to keep them restrained. The existence of premarital sex among girls have comparatively smaller ratio than sodomy amongst boys.
Sodomy is very common in Pakistan. It is more common in areas of
NWFP where Islamization is stronger then in other provinces.
Actually, every one need to be sexually satisfied by wet dreams,
masturbation or pre martial sex. But, in Islam, masturbation can
cause pregnancy of fingers. Therefore, the only way left, prior to
marriage, is sex with any girl, boy or animal. Since, fewer girls
are engage in premarital sex in fear of honor killing and other
Islamic rulings, the only one way left for Muslim youngsters to
satisfy himself sexually. In Pakistan, people feel ashamed to
masturbate or telling about it. On the other hand, they feel proud
of telling about their sodomy. This is a fact. Despite all these
activities, prostitution is still flourishing. For whores, every
hour is rush hour. And due to technological advancements, you can
now call "call girls" to your apartment via cell phones. These cell
numbers are very common due to advertisement.
Most common term in Pakistan is "heera mandi" (sex market). Every Pakistani reading this knows very well about it. This market is flourishing in every town and village of the country. Police and other law enforcement agencies take their "share" in this business.
Last week, all friends of mine were talking about what percentage of people in Pakistan abstain from sex before marriage. We asked this question to 100 boys from different regions of Pakistan in our university. Frank with us, only four students said, they abstained from sexual acts of any type completely. Amongst Muslims in Pakistan, only 7% can fight their lust and don’t commit "zinah". Every honest Pakistani can not but agree with these statistics.
Being a boy, I can not ask girls about this in fear of being honor-killed.
Honor-killing is very common and an act of pride in Pakistan. Every day I read in local newspaper about the honor-killings. But the interesting thing is that those, who honor-kill girls, themselves indulge in premarital sex—a tragic double standard.
It is man's monopoly in Pakistan. Men want to have all kinds of relations with other girls. But when they discover or doubt that a girl from their own family is doing such act of "sin"—then there is only one cure for her, honor-killing.
Despite having such high rate of premarital sex taking place behind the scene—Pakistanis, myself included, used to boast that Western people are shameless and without any moral values for having open premarital relationship. But, now, I think it is everywhere in one way or another. Muslims living in western countries—who think that Islamic lands are pure and such kind of acts, which they perceive as "evils", don’t exist here—should get rid of their vain disillusion. They should never think that Islamic societies are morally good than other societies.
So, if you are looking for a son-in-law or daughter-in-law from Pakistan, there is no guarantee that he/she (particularly he) will be chaste.

Please explain where in the Quran it says that only girls are supposed to be honor-killed. A direct quote will be enough. Otherwise, you are a liar. Heck, anyone out please show me a quote in the Quran that allows a man to kill a female relative on the mere suspicion of wrongdoing but allows the male involved in the wrongdoing. I ask this because I wrote my senior thesis in college on honor killings and found NOTHING in the Quran or the Hadith that allows honor killings the way people do them now. There have been at least a dozen cases of molestation and rape of foreign tourists in the first couple of weeks of 2008. The latest was reported on Saturday — a British woman alleged that she was raped in Panaji. Worried over the sexual assaults on tourists, which has the potential to damage the tourism industry as well as the country’s image, the Centre has convened a meeting on January 24 with state governments to review their safety and security.

"The Lahore, Karachi and Rawalpindi sex scenes are totally changing and it's
easier and easier to get a girl for [sex]," another blogger wrote. "Most of the
hotels provide you the girls upon request." Bloggers also reported that it is
easy to find girls prowling the streets after 6 pm, and foreigners can find
young women hanging out near Western franchises like McDonald's and KFC. Such
women, the bloggers claim, can lead the customer to a nearby short-time
accommodation.
Short-time hotels offering hourly rates can be found all over major cities,
underscoring the profits being reaped by the sex industry.
Pakistan can also accommodate the gay community with prostitution.
Unfortunately, this has also given rise to child prostitution.
A Pakistani blogger wrote, "We [ethnic] Pathans are very fond of boys. [In
Pakistan] the wives are only [had sex with] once or twice a year. There are lot
of gay brothels in Peshawar - the famous among them is at Ramdas Bazaar. [One
can] go to any Afghan restaurant and find young waiters selling sex."

NO RELIGION IN HISTORY HAS BEEN POORER TO WOMEN THAN ISLAM!: 1)The koran is the ONLY book that makes a woman be covered in all areas. 2)The koran is the only book where it promotes wife beating(sura 4:43). 2.5)Indeed: islam is the only relgion whose commentator says a man is never to be asked why he beat his wife. 3)The koran is the only book that says a man's testimony is as good as two women's(sura 4:11). 4)The koran was the only book written by a pedophile who forced married a 6 year old girl, "consumating it when she was 9. 5)Islam is the only religion whose founder called a woman "a toy." 6)Islam is the only religion where most of it's women can't even go outside without her husband's permission. 7)Islam is the only religion whose clerics defend the rape of women of another religion by men of it's religion. 8)Islam makes the woman wear the burka because it may cause a "man to lust." What of the woman who has a lust problem? Shouldn't a man have to wear the ugly burka? Doesn't work that way does it? 9)In ALL countries where islam dominates, the women are second class citizens! 10)EVEN THOUGH women have to wear the ugly burka in muslim societies, they STILL are groped, molested, raped, etc! SO IF THIS IS GOING TO HAPPEN TO THEM ANYWAYS, WHY NOT LET THEM TAKE OFF THE UGLY BURKA?! 11)The rape and even murder(including having gasoline poured on a woman before burning her alive!!--after all, she is a "TOY")is called "an honor killing" in islamic countries. Here in the US it would put someone in prison or even get death! If all this is "women's rights" to this man, he's even more dumber than I thought! It is the brutal, barbaric, violence-prone Arab culture that is the problem. In ancient times Central Asia, Afghanistan, NWFP and areas now in Pakistan were indigenous religion-worshippers, or hindus or buddhists and were largely peaceful. But ever since Arabs brought Islam they turned violent. But the Islam from Persia had Sufi influences which softened the harsh Arab cultural influences on Islam and this Sufi Islam was spread in the sub-continent and South-east Asia where Islam is a religion of peace. But again due to that evil country Saudi Arabia Islam has again become violent and intolerant and regressive. The evil Saudi Arabian Monarchy is supported by the Islamic Mullahs who are the root of the regressive attitudes in the Muslim World. Saudi Arabia does not need any nuclear weapons - it has the two greatest weapons as Weapons of Mass Destruction and Terrorism namely Wahabbi Islam and Oil Money. It funds Madrassahs and rabid Mullahs to spread this violent ultra-regressive intolerant interpretation of Islamic doctrines and laws to indoctrinate poor Muslims in Pakistan, Bangladesh, Indonesia, Malaysia where Arab culture is sought to be spread. The Muslim World needs to tell the Saudi Arabs that they don't have a copyright over Islam jsut because Muhammad was an Arab. The rise in intolerance and violence in Islam is due to the efforts made by the Saudi Government to use its Oil Money to save its regime and Arabicise other Muslim cultures by touting that the narrow-minded, reggressive and violent Arab Bedouin culture as the true Islamic culture. It wants Muslims of other nationalities to become Muslims>pro-Arabs> and then loyal citizens of other countries. Bomb Saudi Arabia and Overthrow its corrupt regime and clergy to save the Muslim World and get peace in the Middle East and make the Muslim World the beacon-holder of Science, Literature, Progressive Ideas, Freedom, and Peace that it once was when the rest of the World was steeped in the superstition and religion. You will see an enormous change in the Muslim World once the repressive Saudi regime is overthrown. It is because Arabs don't have a democratic voice and the Mullahs strictly control free interpretation of Islamic religious texts, that the Arabs have become even more frustrated and violent leaning towards hatred of the free-thinking, questioning and democratic West. The same things condemned in Islam to be haraam and Muslims associate the morally-degenerating West with, were very common in almost all Islamic Empires - Ottoman, Mughal, Persian - wine, women and song. It is the Wahabbis who have prevented the natural change of interpretation of Islamic laws and Arab Customs in tune with modern times and who want to maintain life as it were in the early Medieval Age. Women are persecuted because they are seen as a direct threat to the supremacy of male Mullahs who want their fatwas to go unchallenged.
