Spanish Police Issues Expulsion Order for Imran Firasat

On 9 February 2014, we reported that the Spanish police picked up Pakistani-born Ex-Muslim critic of Islam Imran Firasat from the street and immediately started his expulsion procedure, ignoring his plea that his appeal against the revocation of his Refugee Status was with the Supreme Court. Only timely intervention by Firasat’s lawyer prevented his forthwith deportation to Pakistan where he faces definite death penalty or mob lynching.

The idea of a legal ban of the Quran, because of its incitement of hatred, violence and terrorism, may sound incredible today. But trends in recent decades would suggest that it may become a reality in the not-too-distant future.
Calcutta Quran Petition, 1985
It may be said that the modern campaign for a legal ban of the Quran started with a petition filed on 29 March, 1985 in the Calcutta High Court in West Bengal, India, asking the Government to confiscate the Quran—whether in Arabic or any other language. The petition—moved by Chandmal Chopra, advocate of Calcutta High Court, Hamangshu Kumar Chakraborthy and Sital Singh under Article 226 of the Constitution of India—asked the court to direct the State of West Bengal to declare the Quran as forfeited to the government on grounds such as below:

Al-Taqiya – the Islamic art of lying and deceiving non-Muslims in the cause of Islam – is an age-old Islamic practice, used since the days of Prophet Muhammad. Despite being widely discussed Muslims continue to practice Taqiya even in explaining what Taqiya is. Al-Taqiya in the Quran
1) Qurqn 2:225 permits taking false oath: “Allah does not impose blame upon you for what is unintentional in your oaths, but He imposes blame upon you for what your hearts have earned. And Allah is Forgiving and Forbearing.”
2) Quran 3:28 permits pretending friendship with infidels: “Let not believers take disbelievers as allies rather than believers. And whoever [of you] does that has nothing with Allah, except when taking precaution against them in prudence. And Allah warns you of Himself, and to Allah is the [final] destination.”

According to a report by the BBC, Mohammad Karrar, pedophile boyfriend of a 12-year-old girl, had used brutal assaults on her to prepare her for gang-rape by his friends and acquaintances.
The girl told the court that Mohammad Karrar, her boyfriend, used sex toys and numbing dental cream on her genitalia so that she can bear the pain of gang-rape by a group men, all Muslims, at an Oxford flat.
